Continued growth of payment cards in Italy
The spread of payment cards increased in step with the awareness of the variety of supply for consumers.
The “plastic cards”, in all their variation, are increasingly present in the portfolio of the Italians and the potential for further expansion of the current dock holders are still significant. The Italian market is gradually articulating and data dissemination and use average are gradually approaching those of other European countries similar to ours.
These are the main results of the sixth edition of the Observatory on credit cards Assofin – CRIF Decision Solutions – GfK Eurisko presented in Milan.
